This 1971 Chevrolet C-10 Short Bed Custom Resto-mod Pickup has been finished in a very unusual Viper red paint, with an ever so slight hint of violet pearl. This truck boasts a professionally built 350 CID, high performance Chevy engine with an Isky camshaft and roller rockers and professionally built Turbo 350 transmission, upgraded with a Stage 2 B&M shift kit all mated to a 12 bolt rear end. This custom job was done right under the steel cowl hood, including Hooker Super Competition ceramic coated headers and aluminum pulleys. All of its chrome and stainless is perfect. The wheels, built with a custom offset, match and fit perfectly within the fender wells. When sitting in the fully restored interior you will be the beneficiary of one of the most fantastic sound systems found in any truck of this nature. You will also be struck by the polished steering wheel and IDIDIT polished tilt column. When opening the Gaylord’s custom locking bed cover, painted to match the body of the this C-10, and examining the interior of the bed, you will find a polished stainless steel fuel cell, which supplies its hot rod engine with its "go juice". With over fifty thousand dollars invested in this truck, its new owner has nothing more to do than enjoy it. |
